Before your First appointment

The first appointment is an opportunity to raise and discuss the issues you want to address. We will go through your medical history, and will likely discuss other aspects of your life which may be relevant to your health issues. Initial appointments will usually last around 45 minutes, and follow up appoinment around 20 minutes.


Family members, carers or close friends are welcome to join you for your appointment, however we ask that you limit the number of people you bring with you to two.


Prior to your Appointment

Prior to your appointment you will receive an email with information regarding your first appointment, including information regarding the date and time, and link to the online meeting room if the you are seeing us over telehealth.

We strongly encourage you to complete the new patient registration form prior to your appointment, which can be filled via a secure form located on our website.

What to bring with you

Your referral letter and medicare card information need to be with you at the time of your appointment.

It might be useful to consider the issues you would like discussed at your appointment, and bring with you any previous imaging, blood tests and reports from other specialists that might be relevant.
